Gary Noel - biography
Gary’s work has been shown on WAFB news and Around Town TV. The artist’s paintings
have been purchased by the Baton Rouge Hilton Hotel for their permanent art collection. Gary’s paintings are also displayed in homes throughout Louisiana and other states. The
artist has had one-man shows at the Louisiana Old State Capitol, Beauregard Gallery, M’s Cafe, and Baton Rouge Food Bank. During the four year period of 1998-2002, Gary has
entered his artwork in several judged shows and has won the following awards:

His work was also accepted into the 1999, 2000, and 2001, 2005, 2007and 2008 Baton Rouge
Art League Annual Show and the 1999 River Road Show. Gary is married to Kathy Noel, who have a son, Austin, 19 years old who is beginning his college career at Southeastern in Hammond, Louisiana. Kathy and Austin are Gary’s best art critics. Gary Noel is a partner and Quality Assurance Officer/ Project Manager at Buquet and LeBlanc General Contractors, Inc. The artist and his family belong to Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge.

The artist’s understanding is that the ability to create art is a gift from God, and therefore the artist gives the credit to God for any ability exhibited.
